In over 20 years our mission has always been to support Companies and Public Administration departments, ensuring all resources and tools that are needed for a modern management of their information flow and complementing dynamics of specific operations with information and communication innovative technologies.

Guide Lines of our IT Consultancy are based on the fundamental concept of putting customer satisfaction as the main focus in the company strategy. This principle is put into effect in the hardware and software products proposed to customers and in the continous training given to our collaborators, in order to guarantee a high level IT consultancy service.

Evidence of this is the plurality of private companies, University Departments and Research institutes using computer facilities proposed by SIDeA. The key concept that company strategy must always target customer satisfaction represents the guideline of our development. This inspires the choice of the hardware and software products we propose to our customers and the efforts we put in the continuous training of our team members to guarantee the highest professional skills we can.

We offer hardware technical assistance and wide range IT consultancy at client Company sites. Companies not provided of an internal IT management office may subscribe SIDeA assistance contracts, scheduling “pay-per-use” technical help, to gain access to qualified periodical or on-demand support, or “project assistance”, if the specific professional service includes design and implementation.

Our proposal of technical services includes “disaster recovery” (group of technological measures and organization processes able to re-establish systems, data and infrastructures for service supply in view of severe emergencies) and “data recovery” services, together with basical ones such as:

  • Virus removal and system protection
  • Set-up of damaged systems
  • Settlement of internet connection problems
  • Data, mail (and other) relocation between different systems
